You have full ownership of your data. Use this page to submit an account deletion request or follow the instructions to delete your profile from within the app.

✓ Deletion Request Received: We have logged your request. If an account matches the details provided, all personal profile data, addresses, and saved credentials will be permanently deleted within 48 to 72 hours.

If you uninstalled the Fresh Meat app or cannot access your phone, you can request account deletion online by providing your registered phone number or email address.

I understand that deleting my account is permanent and cannot be undone. All active loyalty perks, saved delivery addresses, and cart items will be erased.

📱 Delete Directly Inside the App

If you have the Fresh Meat mobile app installed, you can delete your account instantly at any time:

Open the Fresh Meat app on your Android device.
Tap on the Profile tab in the bottom navigation bar.
Select Privacy & Security from the menu.
Tap Delete Account at the bottom of the security options.
Confirm deletion in the prompt. Your account will be purged immediately.

🔒 Data Handling & Retention Policy

In full compliance with Google Play Developer Policy and data privacy regulations, here is how your data is handled upon deletion:

Data That Will Be Deleted

User profile details (Full name, email, phone number)
Saved delivery addresses and GPS coordinates
Account password & authorization credentials
Active shopping cart & wishlist items
Device identifiers and FCM Push Notification tokens

Data That May Be Retained & Why

Order receipts & tax invoices: Retained for statutory periods (up to 7 years) solely to comply with applicable tax, legal, and financial auditing laws.
Anonymization: Retained financial records are completely unlinked from your personal contact identifiers.
